Welcome to Emerald New Homes - on both sides of the Rockies.

Emerald New Homes was started in the late 1980's to specialize in the quality construction of multi-family new homes in the Airdrie, Alberta area. In 1997 we expanded into the Columbia Valley; specifically Invermere, British Columbia, with the same mandate. The market in BC has since allowed us to diversify into other areas including single family homes, and recreational property.

Emerald has been through some exciting changes over the years, but through it all we have maintained a consistent approach to building new homes, not taking on more than we could handle, and never setting unrealistic expectations that we could not meet. We strive to build your new home, right, the first time, and on time.

Building a new home is a very exciting process, with many decisions to be made in the design process, through construction, to completion. Our experienced professionals will guide you through this process, working with you to create the home you have envisioned. Through construction there are can be challenges that occur. It is our philosophy to handle these challenges in an efficient and expedient manner, which I believe to be the true measure of a company.
